Sales/Marketing Professionals (UK, Europe, USA)
Acting as brand ambassadors for Merchenta, can you engage with clients at C-level and deliver sustained value to our retailer, agency and advertising clients?
Working within our leadership team, you'll accelerate Merchenta's presence in our target markets and act as customer champion within our product innovation group.

Flash Designers/ActionScript Developers (UK or Poland)
Help design & build our engaging, consumer-delighting behavioural display units using Flash/ActionScript. Typical skills will include :
- Strong graphic design skills, preferably gained in an agency environment
- Good attention to detail, focus in a fast-paced environment
- Flash/ActionScript development skills using AS3
- Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop
- SQL (helpful, though not essential)
Software Engineering Internships - London (Summer 2012)
Looking to gain some real-world experience in a busy, high volume transactional tech environment? During Summer 2012 we are funding 2x paid software engineering internships. To apply you must be UK or EU national and have the following :
- BSc, MSc or PhD in a computing, IT, maths or related discipline
- Some prior experience of Core Java or HTML/CSS/JavaScript skills
- An understanding of SQL (any RDBMS)
- Available from late June 2012 to late September 2012
Software Engineers - Java (UK or Poland)
We're always on the lookout for motivated, self-starters with a passion for software engineering with excellent attention to detail, commitment to quality and a passion for clear, concise code. Typical skills will include :
- Core Java in a no-J2EE setting
- Java frameworks, such as Spring, Hibernate
- Strong analytical/statistical/mathematical skills
- Familiarity with machine learning algorithms/strategies
- RESTful web services
- SQL
- Scala (helpful, though not essential)
- Hadoop (helpful, though not essential)
Sys Admins (UK or Poland)
Help automate and maintain our globally distributed technical infrastructure. For these roles, you'll need in-depth Linux experience and strong attention to detail.
- Advanced Linux sys admin skills
- Automated build tools & CI servers (eg Puppet, Ant, Maven, Cruisecontrol, Jenkins)
- Hadoop (helpful, though not essential)
- mySQL clustering admin
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written
